At the time appointed I will return unto thee, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son. {Gen 18:13-14} And the men rose up from thence, and looked toward Sodom: and Abraham went with them to bring them on the way. And the LORD said, Shall I hide from Abraham that thing which I do; Seeing that Abraham shall surely become a great and mighty nation, and all the nations of the earth shall be blessed in him? For I know him, that he will command his children and his household after him, and they shall keep the way of the LORD, to do justice and judgment; that the LORD may bring upon Abraham that which he hath spoken of him. And the LORD said, Because the cry of Sodom and Gomorrah is great, and because their sin is very grievous; I will go down now, and see whether they have done altogether according to the cry of it, which is come unto me; and if not, I will know. And the men turned their faces from thence, and went toward Sodom: but Abraham stood yet before the LORD. {Gen 18:16-22} Today we can certainly identify with Abraham’s countdown from “50 to 10” righteous men (Gen 18:23-32), as the Lord has led us to the end by revealing our “50-week” count from the Spiritual Harvest - May 21, 2012 (new moon solar eclipse) when the sickle was thrust to the pivotal Ascension date May 8/9, 2013. These 50 weeks when the wine press is full spiritually relate to the 1,600 furlongs (4 x 8 x 50) referenced in Revelations 14. “In like manner,” from the May 8/9 Ascension date matching Acts 1:11-12; counting forward a final “10-week” Sabbath journey (70 days) to “Jerusalem” brings us to Tisha B’av 2013 - the date of the Temple’s destruction which Christ relates to the end of the world (Mat 24:2-3). A doubling (Gen 41:32) of the Sabbath journey from 10 weeks to 20 weeks extends to a total of 70 weeks from the Spiritual Harvest date 5/21/12 to the middle of Tabernacles - September 23, 2013. According to our studies, “The Evening Oblation,” (Study # 14) the new-moon eclipse Spiritual Harvest equates to the “beginning” of supplications at the evening oblation when the angel Gabriel tells Daniel to consider from the beginning of the vision of understanding (5/21/12 - Spiritual Harvest) that seventy (70) weeks are determined to make an end of sins and to bring in everlasting righteousness! (Dan 9:21-24) The doubling of the Sabbath journey (from 10 to 20 weeks) only means that the vision “...is established by God, and God will shortly bring it to pass.” (Gen 41:32) Another 70-day watch led us to the Feast of Lights 2013 when were enlighten to the final 153-day journey to the Promise. After His miraculous conversion of two loaves of bread to feed “5,000,” Christ tests our appreciation for the Ascension explaining that only His true elect will believe of God no matter how much spiritual substance (manna) that one may receive: 58This is that bread which came down from heaven: not as your fathers did eat manna, and are dead: he that eateth of this bread shall live for ever...60Many therefore of his disciples, when they had heard this, said, This is an hard saying; who can hear it? When Jesus knew in himself that his disciples murmured at it, he said unto them, Doth this offend you? What and if ye shall see the Son of man ascend up where he was before? It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life. But there are some of you that believe not…And he said, Therefore said I unto you, that no man can come unto me, except it were given unto him of my Father. From that time many of his disciples went back, and walked no more with him. {John 6:58, 60-66} In harmony with the biblical calendar, the Promise Studies have incorporated key historical events that play out as the fulfillment of prophecy. While the Jewish community who rejected Christ continues to memorialize Maccabee’s cleansing of the temple (Feast of Lights - 164BC) and Rome’s destruction of it (Tisha B’ av - 70 AD) as factually documented in history; the church defectors of today generally discard these events as foreign and beyond biblical authority to be given any serious consideration. Even the rebirth of national Israel is now regarded more as the origination of a political conflict that Christians must pray and hope for peace, rather than recognize its essence as an emphatic time alert targeting the last generation of “summer” at the very end of the world. The fact is, Jesus Himself significantly validates each of these events by personally attending the Feast of Dedication (John 10:21-22) and professing the temple’s destruction (Mat 24:1-3) as well as the fig tree coming to leaf (Matt 24:32-35). Although neither of these accounts occurred at a time when our Lord was physically present on earth, the Promise studies were guided to understand these events being profoundly connected to Passover at the end of the jubilee year 1994. More than a decade ago we could not have fully appreciated the 1,335 day time-path to Feast of Dedication 1998, nor the extended 2,300 days to Tisha B Av 2001 from the same Passover date in 1995 (see “The Lord’s Doing”). Back then our study of the fig tree agriculture made us like hasty fruit or early figs eagerly hasting unto the day of the Lord (2 Peter 3:12). Unfortunately, many have fallen off from the watch along the way with each gust of wind. (Rev 6:13) The Jubilee year ’94 Trumpets pointing back to John the Baptist’s announcement of Christ as the Lamb of God on Trumpets ‘29 AD provided us to two incredible 6-figure time paths: first the confirming Feast of Dedication, December 2011 (723,996 = 2 x 2 x 3 x 3 x 7 x 13 x 13 x 17) and subsequently the observance of the Ascension, May 8/9 2013 (724,500 = 2 x 3 x 3 x 5 x 7 x 23 x 50). Considering Daniel 12:12 - 1,335 days from Trumpets 29AD to Pentecost 33AD; our recent discovery of 6,675 (1335 x 5) days from Trumpets/September 6, 1994 to the Feast of Dedication/December 16, 2012 is best put “five times” amazing! And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints, To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him. These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their own lusts; and their mouth speaketh great swelling words, having men’s persons in admiration because of advantage. But, beloved, remember ye the words which were spoken before of the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ; How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts. These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit. But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost, Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life. {Jude 1:14-21} The stone which the builders refused is become the head stone of the corner.
